the first wealth is health

Our Guiding Policy
At TactionRx, we believe every life is uniquely created and every person inherently valuable in their contribution to the world. As such, we honor and respect all personal freedom in life choices. Our only massage consideration is how to make everyone feel better!
There is absolutely no space for foul language or behavior in massage. No exceptions. Inappropriate conduct will immediately end the massage and will be documented and/or reported as required.
We value your safety and ours. As public health conditions warrant, we will gladly wear masks to protect you and ask you to do the same to protect us.
We sanitize our hands before starting the massage and provide you with the means to do likewise.
Personal Health Information
In order to understand your current health condition, we require completion of an intake form. It is your responsibility to complete it accurately and to alert us of any subsequent health changes. We safeguard your health information as required by law and are prohibited from sharing it with your employer.
Attire & Comfort
For your comfort, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing, removing belts, bracelets & large earrings and tying back loose hair.
To receive the full benefit of your service, please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will conclude at the scheduled end time.
Payment, Tips & Gratuity
If you are responsible for any part of your service, you will be required to pay upon booking. You will receive an email after your service where you will have the option to add a tip. Tips are greatly appreciated but never required or expected.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund. Out of respect for the livelihood of our therapists, we reserve the right to charge one half the appointment fee for cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice.
An unattended appointment not previously canceled or rescheduled is treated as a cancellation. Please refer to the Cancellation & Rescheduling section above for details.
